This fan is junk, poor design, I am an electrician and I have installed many of them because there price was low, but I have gotten many callbacks from them. The fan ends up slipping down over time and getting stuck and burning the motor out.

Already on 3rd fan after installing the 1st less than 4 years ago. It seems to "burn out" every winter.

Lifespan of this vent fan is 1.5 years in our busiest bathroom. First one developed slipping fan blade problem. Replaced it with the same model because didn't want to deal with cutting/patching ceiling drywall that different fan would require. So, about 18 months later and the motor in the replacement has burned out. Not buying a third one.
