Pros: This switch met all of my needs. I wanted a separate control for the lights and a timer for the fan. I wanted this product primarily to remove the moisture from the air in my bathroom after the shower had been used. This switch met all of my needs.
I installed the switch following the instructions. It fit nicely in the box and the standard rectangular faceplate fit the switch well. It looked good in the bathroom and had a nice touch / feedback when you switched the light on and off.
Cons: The switched worked less than a day. In trying it out I set the timer on the fan and went to watch TV. I came back and the fan was off but now neither the lights nor the fan would turn on. The LED's on the front were changing in response to the button presses but the relay to control the lights and fan were obviously not working anymore.

This switch requires a box at least 3 inches deep. After going through the pain of retro-fitting a deeper box and installing this unit, the switch worked for less than 3 weeks in total. As previously stated, the LEDs seemed to work normally, but neither the light nor the fan would turn on.
