I bought this unit to serve as my bathroom's ventilator, when I remodeled it two years ago. The unit was professionally installed. I find that the unit does not have enough ventillation power. As a consequence, by bathroom windows and mirrors get fogged significantly more than when the previous (20 year-old) unit was installed.
