The Broan/Nautilus bathroom exhaust fan removes unpleasant odors and moisture, and prevents foggy mirrors, rust, and mildew. The fan is UL listed for use above bathtubs and showers when connected to a GFCI protected branch circuit and features a quiet, powerful motor. Designed for maximum efficiency, the fan is capable of 70 CFM at 6.0 sones, and uses a durable Nautilus-designed blower wheel. Its grill installs without tools, and the fan's compact housing fits easily between ceiling joists or wall studs. The fan is backed with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty.

I installed this fan in the basement full-bath; the installation was not that hard, but the noisy level is almost intolerable. The construction of the fan is extremely flimsy -- no screws securing the fan unit with the housing. The noise aside, the fan does not seem to have the advertised ventilation power.

I was looking for a Broan 671 bathroom fan to replace the one I currently had. I just wanted to replace the fan part without having to replace the entire unit. Pulled out the inner part of the fan and snapped in this new unit in about a minute and we were up and running again. This fan works good but is quit noisy, it is rated at 70 CFM's.
