This fan was purchased to replace a basic ventilation fan in our bath. We wanted at least 100 cfm to remove the most moisture as possible from a large bath area, and it is doing a great job so far. It was relatively easy to install, but a regular-sized light bulb seemed to be almost too large to fit in the housing.
And, it is not a quiet fan. It is definitely loud, but it's effectiveness in venting moisture from the bath area outweighs this drawback.
I would recommend this fan to anyone who wants good ventilation with a light and is not as concerned with fan noise.

The fan works very well in a small size bathroom, removing all the steam and moisture on the walls. It is a lot quieter than I expected for a 4.0 Sones sound rating.

I paid for new, got open box item. The fan model number does not agree with the bodel that I purchased. I am trying to figure out if Amazon or their supplier is to blame.
