The box looks un-open and new, but the fan has scratch in it. This is minor though.

The fan is small, about the size of the small computer fan. That would take a lot of time to cycle through a small bathroom. Also, small size means louder noise.
The box is decent. Why not making the fan the same size as the box? Just mount it higher, and put the filter below it.

The filter is very small. This means it will need to be replaced much more often. The filter looks more like a joke. Very sparse filter.

Installation into an existing drywall won't be easy. The square metal is supposed to be nailed into some stud inside the hole. However, you can't snap the fan box into that.
I stronger recommend against buying this fan.

I can design in half an hour and have a better fan.

I thought this fan was electric , so it would naturally come with a electrical cord. But it did not . Waiting for someone to get a specical cord for me and connect it to my in wall electricall cirruit.
