When we remodeled our master bath, we replaced our old fan with this one - huge difference!! Works great & much more quite than the one we had before. I wouldn't go as far as "silent" but the noise level is very low. Arrived on time & in great shape.

I found that the fan works well but is not as quiet as the write-up led me to believe it was. The fan I replaced did not have the flow rate of the new one so it may be the resistance in the duct work that is causing more back pressure and that causes more noise but it is a lot louder than the 90 cfm one that was there
