Broan Ventilation Fan and Light Combination

Comment: very nice product, easy to install. Just a little bit laud, but I knew it from the description. This fan is in my powder room so the noise is not a big deal. It's a lot of light, and light is soft. It works perfect.

Comment: Fine product, one problem. I got it to replace an existing "Nutone" of the same model (678). My original from who know's when (80's maybe) mounted between the studs, this one mounted to the stud requiring some carpentry in the attic to build out the stud to where the hole in the ceiling was. Wish there were options to choose which style of mount I wanted.

The fan is working so much better than the old one tho! I love it.

Comment: I NEEDED TO REPLACE 3 FANS AND OTHER PRICES WERE WAY TOO HIGH. MY HUSBAND DID SOME MONIFICATIONS TO MAKE IT WORK WITH A ROOF EXHAUST. LOOK GREAT AND WORK LIKE THE KIND WE NEEDED. THANK YOU, AND WILL BUY FROM AMAZON AGAIN AND AGAIN. FAST SHIPPING.

Comment: Good functionality but very loud but mine has lasted three years so i guess that is worth three stars.

Comment: Good fan for the price. The manufacturer made changes in it, you can no longer replace the motor or any of the insides as you could to previous models made by this company. It works nice, just a bit more noise than I'd like.
