the good news is that thing will never come down off of a tile wall (seemingly). The bad news is that the sides of it are about an inch high, so things fall off of it. It's kind of difficult to install, because the sucker pieces go through the rack, and have to be set first and then pulled off to remove the glue piece (which is not the primary suction device, there's vacuum sealing).
It's good, better than anything else I've stuck to the wall. I just wish it more more of a basket, and less of a flat surface. I keep getting clobbered on the toe by shaving cream.
works fine,

The previous reviewer noted problems; i have not had issues
I think the key aspect is that the surface must be clean and flat in order for the suction to hold
The design of the suction devices themselves is pretty ingenious compared to other devices I have seen: you apply to the surface, than twist the knob to increase the depression inside, thereby increasing suction. However, I have not tried heavier weights like the other reviewer seems to have attempted. (5lbs is a lot...)
Pros:
1. Solidly built
2. Suction works well; the attachment system is a bit complicated but ingenious
3. Nice chrome appearance
Cons:
1. The triangular design is somewhat akward since the corners become wasted space
It's not easy!,

I was very disappointed when it kept falling from tiles into the bath tub.
I tried so many times and it just can't hold more than 5~10 lb even for 5 minutes.
My hands got tired and started hurting after I retried 6-7 times and gave up.
It's not easy!!
