This review is from: Hunter 27178 Universal Bathroom Fan Wall Control Switch (Kitchen) I bought two of these and installed one. Big mistake. They install easily enough; that's no big deal. The problem is with the operation of the switch. First of all, there are no operation instructions included (or available on-line). I actually had to call their 1-800 number to get specifics. Here's how it works. You may need to take a painkiller prior to reading the following: On top, there is an On/Off button. As you would think, this turns the fan on or off. As you would not think, the fan must be turned on here in order to activate the delay function. Which brings us to the second button, labeled "Delay." This button also turns the fan on when you push it. No, it doesn't turn it on with a delay. In order to get a delay, you have to push it twice. How can you tell if it's on "forever" versus on "with a delay?" Well, there's a little blue LED in the upper-right corner that blinks when it's in "Delay" mode.
