This fan/light works perfectly for my 5x7 bath. At 2.5 sones, it is quiet, but has enough sound so that you can tell that it's running. It keeps the mirror and walls fog-free, even through a long bath or shower. I love the fact that it looks like a ceiling light--no ugly plastic or metal grates. The instructions state that the bulbs should be 60 watt appliance bulbs, but I just bent the metal tabs slightly, and am able to use small 13 watt (60 watt equivalent)fluorescent bulbs. I had the light and fan wired separately so the fan can be used as a light, fan, or both. Installation was easy for pros.

Works fine for my small bath but about 5 x 9 but anything larger it wouldn't keep it fog free.
