Hunter 82029 Air Purifier White 51 - 80 CFM Energy Star

I chose this fan because of previous experience with Hunter Fans, and this was no disappointment. I replaced two existing fans that were obviously on the bottom of the product offering at the time the house was built. The new Hunter fan was specified as a low noise fan. It is definitely much quieter than the old one. In fact if there is any other noise in the area, it is difficult to tell if it is running. The fan motor and blower assembly is built well, but the outer casing (mounting box) is quite flimsy until it is mounted. There are a couple of ways to mount it, either with 2 screws already installed inside the casing, that are angled toward the opening and aimed at the joist. This method would permit the unit to be installed through the ceiling opening with a bit of finagling to get the vent tube and electrical connected before sliding the casing up into the space (like between floors).
