Hunter Exhaust Fan with light 81021 Victorian Bathroom Fans Chrome CFM = 90, Sones = 2.5

I wanted something a little different from the same old that everyone else has from the local home improvement stores and I wanted it to be QUIET. It is beautifully made, attractive to look at , lights the area well, was easy to install and it VERY QUIET!! Company was great too...quick!

So I am just the user of this fan. My honey installed it for me. It seemed like the installation went pretty well. He's a really skilled handyman. Apart from that I can't comment too much on the installation.

But as the end user of this fan let me tell you so far - I LOVE IT! It's quiet. It's beautiful. It looks so nice in our space. My bathroom is over 80 years old. This is the first time it's ever had a fan. It is simply lovely. What an upgrade.

We searched for a long time to find a fan that we thought would work well for us. One aspect that I wouldn't have initially thought to look for but my honey pointed out is that with our ceiling being only the standard 8 foot high it was really helpful to have a fixture that didn't hang down too much from the ceiling. This fixture works really well for us in that regard. It only hangs down maybe 3-4 inches and its style works really well with our Edwardian/Victorian home.

We ordered this for our bathroom renovation. Its simple design fits the decor perfectly. Our contractor had no complaints about installation, and it works just fine. We bought a timer switch that gives us 5, 10, 20 and 30-minute fan options, and it works perfectly with the fan. No problems! We love it.
