This product is quite unreliable and does not work well.
For instance, it took several minutes to set the clock because buttons did not work when pressed. This is my second radio purchased from this company and I can only lament their poor quality and urge customers to stick with the better name brands.

I found some major problems with this radio dock that if I had known, I would not have bought it.
- Does not charge ipod while in radio mode. The ipod charger only works in ipod mode. I found this out when a coworker wanted to charge her ipod while I was listening to the radio.
- Reception is not that great unless you have a lot of windows and a thin roof. It does not matter how I position the wires by the window, it will not hold an HD signal for more than a few seconds.
- There is no HD/analog switch. So when you have a radio station that is not in sync, and you barely have a signal, it will switch back and forth every few seconds, skipping ahead and skipping back. I listen to NPR and it makes it so I have to turn it off. It would have been fine for me to listen in non-HD mode if it had this function.
- Parts are cheap, flimsy. The connection to the ipod no longer works right. It only plays through one speaker unless I dock/undock...Read more

Defective and hard to program,

The product showed up working fine at the start, so I tossesd out the box it was shipped in.
I couldn't get the darn thing programed (date/time/preset channels). About three days later, the remote control stopped working. I thought maybe it was the batteries (it wasn't).
I contacted the seller, and they told me I would have to send the whole product back, in the box it came in. I was already expecting this, and was prepared for them not to replace the defective remote control. I explained to them that I wasn't looking for them to replace the remote control (even though I only had the product for 3 days). I was willing to buy a remote control that worked. I understood that it was my bad for tossing out the box it came in.
Basically they pawned me off on to some other company and said they couldn't help me with the product I bought from them. This was someone else's problem now.
