This popular bath exhaust fan comes with a built-in heater and light, and has an energy-saving, California Title 24 compliant rating. At the touch of a switch, the 1500 watt PowerHeat design provides efficient, soothing warm air. The motor of the nearly silent 0.9 sones 110 CFM fan is designed for continuous operation. 6" ducting for superior performance, this fan fits in 2" by 8" construction. Also includes a convenient 7 watt nightlight (bulb not included). This bath exhaust fan is Title 24 compliant.

Great fan, heater, and light - all in one. Works as described. We installed in the master bath and it serves as back heat for cold winter days. I would recommend this product.

This fan was delivered very timely. It was larger than I anticipated and was a little complicated to install the switch which was purchased separately. However, instructions were great and product works great. Very quite fan but still moves a large amount of air. Heater works fine and feels great if you are standing directly below it. Only issue was one of two florescent bulbs did not work upon delivery and many stores have not yet begun to carry these specific styles and wattage.
