All I needed was the motor/impeller assembly to replace the burnt-out one in our bathroom...buying this full unit cost less than half the motor assembly alone, go figure. The design hasn't changed over the past 7 years, the replacement fits and works perfectly.

For simplicity I fixed the installed unit rather than replace it with a better one...but not happy with the builder for going cheap in the first place. This fan is LOUD for the limited air it moves (as reflected in the specs). If starting from scratch, highly recommend going with 4" duct and a higher-end fan.
