This is an exact replacement for the same unit I installed in a new bathroom thirty years ago. If this one lasts as long it will be my last. This unit produces plenty of additional heat for a cold Winter morning shower and also gets rid of the humidity and bathroom odors.

I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS FAN!!! Had this installed by an electrician--fan blower is not TOO loud but the heater sounds like rumbling machine on steroids!! Save your time and spend a bit more---DO NOT BUY THIS FAN!!
