PANASONIC Vent Fan 15.8W (Model: FV05VS1)

Comment: Panasonic's literature and Amazon's web pages say this fan has 3" round vent, however the one I received does not - It has a 3x5 oval vent. WTF? I do a lot of remodeling and have installed quite a few bathroom fans over the years and never heard of one with an oval vent. I makes these fans totally useless. Even worse, the box was not marked in any way to indicate that it was a non-standard product. If Panasonic is going to manufacture something idiotic like this they should at least label the box so consumers know what they are getting.

I got this from "The Price Pros", who apparently no longer sell it. They refused to give me a refund or exchange, claiming I waited over 30 days. That's not true; they just jerked me around and stalled until it was over 30 days, THEN refused the refund. I'm furious with Price Pros, Panasonic, and Amazon, which should not allow crooks like this to sell on Amazon's site. Over $150 down the drain. This is the last time I'll ever buy a construction items online. From now on it's local hardware stores.

Comment: Arrived within a week and worked flawlessly when install. It's barely noticeable when running and it works great.
