I got the Panasonic WhisperLite 150CFM vent fan FV-15VQL5 shipped for $216 (198+s/h). It is expensive, other fans I looked at were around $125, however, I would purchase it again. It is very well built, much better construction than Nutone. I've had good luck with Nutone, this just feels like a higher quality product... and it is... and you get what you pay for. The Panasonic unit has good instructions, is high quality, good warrantee, very nice mounting components are included (although I built my own wooden frame), it is quiet, moves a lot of air, and the night light is very nice.

The only thing I would change is to make the main light a little brighter. I'm using it as the only light in that half of the bathroom and if I didn't have such a large window, it would be a shade too dim (but that's getting pretty picky).
